We are funded through The Australian Research Council to investigate coral recovery following coral bleaching events. Our research applies a cells-to-reef framework to understand the drivers of coral reef health in an era of recurrent and severe coral bleaching events. The primary focus of our research is coral reefs of Pacific and South Pacific, but our fundamental research is critical to understanding the future structure and function of coral reefs globally.
